This week's Rave: My dentist, Dr. Brian Stickel
I've been to SO MANY dentists & Dr. Stickel is the best! There's not even any comparison between him and any other dentist (or endodontist, periodontist, prosthodontist, oral surgeon, implant specialist, you name it).
If you've never had dental problems, you're lucky. And don't feel smug thinking that you're somehow protected because you take care of your teeth. If you happen to have a certain kind of "bite" where a tooth is under pressure - good luck!! Or if you're a clencher or grinder & a tooth cracks - good luck! Or if you have a simple procedure done & your dentist does it badly (your new $1000 crown doesn't quite fit or maybe it doesn't match your other teeth; your new filling created by your bad dentist leaves a space between your teeth that wasn't there before & this is not a good thing) - good luck! It'll ruin your life, guaranteed. You will enter dental hell from which there is no exit unless you go to Dr. Stickel.
I must remind myself this is a "rave", not a "rant", so I'll quit complaining about all my other dentists and just say this: Dr. Brian Stickel is the most talented dentist I've ever been to. He fixes other dentists' mistakes & does things right THE FIRST TIME. And his staff are competent as well. They know how to take impressions so that crowns & temporaries actually fit. So if you're anywhere near Columbus, Ohio, you better go to Dr. Stickel and if you're not, it's worth the trip. I just can't say enough good things about his dental practice.
