I was into healthful eating of real food a few decades before Michael Pollan so I've got a ton of good recipes!
Grilled or Baked TOFU
1# extra firm tofu
¼ C soy sauce
¼ C. sesame oil
chopped or pressed garlic
chopped or grated ginger
Cut the tofu into 5 - 7 pieces. Put in a flat glass dish (8” square or so) and pour marinade over. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes or so to marinate. Turn once. Grill on the grill just like meat or cook in oven at 350 degrees til done.
Or – you can cut it into smaller pieces (1/2”diced) & use in stir fry dish.
